These terms apply to your use of the Rovina Jewellery website and to any order you place with us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.

This store is operated by Rovina Jewellery, based in Perth, Western Australia. You can reach us at info@rovinajewellery.com.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy or reproduce our content without permission.

Products and descriptions

We take care to describe our pieces accurately, including materials, dimensions and finish. Product photographs are representative. Because our jewellery is finished by hand, small variations between pieces are normal and are not defects.

Screen settings vary, so colours may appear slightly different on your device.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.

We try to keep pricing accurate, but errors occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you and give you the choice of continuing at the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been processed successfully.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is out of stock, where we suspect fraud, or where a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability to you in connection with any product or with this site is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, designs and the Rovina Jewellery name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without written permission.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
