Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipping is free on every order, sent tracked within Australia.

Orders are packed in Perth, Western Australia. We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes around 7 business days, and can take longer to regional and remote areas.

You will receive tracking by email once your order leaves us. We do not currently ship internationally.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you may return your piece within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be accepted, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with any tags attached.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service. We cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show the funds.

Pierced earrings

For hygiene reasons, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights below if they arrive faulty or are not what you ordered.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged, is not what you ordered, or does not match its description, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. For a major failure you may choose between a refund or a replacement. In these cases we cover the cost of returning the item to us.

Email info@rovinajewellery.com with your order number and a photo of the issue and we will sort it out.

Natural wear

Sterling silver tarnishes over time with exposure to air, moisture and skin oils. This is a normal property of the metal, not a fault, and a polishing cloth will reverse it. Damage caused by wear, accident or improper care is not covered.

Starting a return

Email info@rovinajewellery.com with your order number and the reason for return, and we will send you the return address and instructions. We reply within 24 hours.
